Large windows and open gathering spaces keep the river as the focal point of the home.
The kitchen and dining spaces were intentionally curated to feel warm, elevated, and inviting — including a stylish Smeg coffee bar with gourmet touches that make slow mornings by the water feel even more special.
Outside, the property transforms into a private waterfront escape with a hot tub, barrel sauna, private dock, complimentary kayaks and watercraft, four Retrospec bikes, riverfront firepit lounge, and multiple outdoor seating areas designed for everything from peaceful morning coffee to late nights under the stars.
Perfectly positioned near the Village of Saugerties and the scenic Saugerties Lighthouse Trail, the home offers the ideal balance of relaxation, adventure, and Hudson Valley charm.

Life is really too short, so my wife, toddler, and I really cherish the time we have together. We enjoy traveling a lot and together, have been to the Smokies, Aruba, Turks & Caicos, Cancun, Bahamas, Las Vegas, Arizona, and San Diego. Nothing better than eating local cuisine and taking in the natural beauty of each place, while we are still young and able.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 72 hours away at time of booking.
